Producing a transcript requires thinking strategically about a few key issues.  First, we determine the purpose of its use.  Next, we select the style of transcription based on the target audience.  Imagine having a transcript customized for your needs.

One hour of audio will generate approximately 40 to 50 pages, depending on the speed of the colloquy.  We charge one rate, by the page or by the audio hour, whichever is your preference.  The cost of transcription is calculated by the turnaround you desire, whether it be 10 business days, expedited, or rush.  Overnight and same-day delivery is our hallmark.

Transcripts are provided in hard-copy format with the document file on a diskette or CD.  We offer a discount if you do not need a hard-copy transcript and only require the file to be sent electronically.  Condensed transcripts and word indices are also available.  We do not charge extra for multiple speakers.
